To help you preparing your holidays 2010, here are the foreseen rates.These are discounted ones, because .it's a direct renting from the owner.
The house is now rated by CLEVACANCES with three keys.
The booking, contract and general conditions of the renting are set by CLEVACANCES to guarantee you comfort and security.
Numerous supplementary amenities equip the house (freezer, DVD reader, fitted out kitchen, bicycles, materiel for baby, equipment of golf, ect) can be provided at no additionnal cost.

The rents come into effect from Saturday 16 hours(4 pm) until the following Saturday at 10 am.
All the taxes and service charges ( water, gas, electricity as well as the local taxes of stay (fixed in 2009 has 0.50 euro / day / person)) are included
With only one exeption : the heater at 0.10 euro / kw.
The booking will become effective after the signature of the contract and a prepaiement of 25 % of the total amount due.
A 150-euro guarantee will be asked you in your arrival besides the balance. This pledge will be restored to you in your departure or some days after your departure (period not exceeding 15 days), deduction of the possible damages or loss.
The maximum capacity of the house is six persons and should not be exceeded to insure you a better comfort. In exeptionnal case, and subject to the agreement of the owner, this number can be upgraded to the maximum capacity of eight persons. In that case, the owner will be entitled to perceive an increased weekly price, which will be communicated with the tenant and recorded on the rental agreement.
Animals are not accepted.
